Designed to improve the overall visibility, not only during daytime activity of transferring commodities by flexible hoses, but for night time operations also.

Greater Visibility…
The bright yellow PVC material is both highly visible and water repellant. To further enhance the visibility of the collar, two fluorescent stripes have been securely sewn onto the outer surface of the Hi-Viz material, advantageous in poor or reduced daylight conditions and also gives a reflective appearance under artificial light for night operations.

Secure Fixing…
To secure the Floatation Collar to the hose, various preferential methods can be included.

1) Two internal straps sewn onto the inner surface of the collar, complete with adjustable plastic buckles, which wrap round the outer surface of the hose.

2) On the outer surface of the collar, Velcro longitudinal strips are fitted, together with wrap round Velcro straps. or alternative buckle type fittings.
Instead of the longitudinal Velcro strips, brass eyelets can be included for a tie cord fixing method.
Both of the above will fully encapsulate the inner buckles and resist any movement of the collar along the length of the hose.

3) Pockets at both ends of the collar, complete with tie cords, ensures there will be no movement once the collar has been positioned.
